2011 Real Estate Forecast

My two thoughts to carry into 2011 are Recovery and Stabilization.  While no one can be absolutely certain of what the future holds, there is one thing we do know . . . real estate has been and will continue to be a solid investment with a decent return.  Not unlike the stock market, the real estate market fluctuates; however, you can count on appreciation over time.
