It’s no secret we’ve been driving along a bumpy real estate road for the past several years–from short sales to foreclosures to REOs, we’ve seen it all. While we are still likely to see this continue for a time, the good news is there is light at the end of the tunnel and we will slowly edge our way toward a balanced market.
Remember one thing: real estate has been and will continue to be a worthwhile investment and, when given thoughtful and responsible consideration, will appreciate over time.
